PowerPlay returned to the mountain to provide axe throwing at Wintergreen Resort as part of our yearly holiday event schedule.
Guests at the Independence Day Music Festival enjoyed complimentary axe throwing provided by Wintergreen Resort. We had three solid hours of throwing, friendly competition, and a steady line of guests waiting for their opportunity to hit the target.
The competition was impressive, with the highest score of the event reaching a whopping 28 out of 30 points.
Lightning eventually brought the event to an early end, but the weather did not stop us from having a great afternoon on the mountain. We always enjoy being part of Wintergreen Resort’s holiday celebrations and bringing unique entertainment to guests and families.
PowerPlay will be back at Wintergreen Resort on September 5 from 1:00 to 6:00 PM for another afternoon of axe throwing and competition.
