PowerPlay specializes in corporate events, employee appreciation days, team builders, sales events, retreats, university events, and adult parties. Our mobile experiences are designed for groups that want something interactive, competitive, and easy to plug into any event.

We are based in Lynchburg and travel all over Virginia. Our most common stops include Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Roanoke, Blacksburg, Farmville, Wintergreen, and Richmond. Events outside our core area of Lynchburg, Charlottesville, and Roanoke may include a travel fee calculated by distance.

Our trailers can handle light rain, wind, or even a little snow. If conditions are unsafe, we will make the call before your event and offer a free reschedule within one year. Once we start travel to the event there will be no refund or rescheduling even if weather cuts it short.

Events booked more than 30 days in advance require a 50 percent deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due any time before your event. For events booked within 30 days, full payment is required at booking. We have an online portal that accepts all cards or checks.
